Adirondack Crossing
A few trees changing color on an early October day coupled with a boulder-laced stream bear the flavor of Adirondack déja vu. Though not emphasized, the real story here is one of migration and patterning. Both mammals such as deer and birds such as Canada geese use terrain features in much the same manner. Bends in rivers serve as memorable signposts from generation to generation.
